I watched the FA the other night for the first time since the theaters. The moment where she snatches the lightsaber and ignites it for the first time may be my favorite moment in star wars (i'd have to think about it).


JJ Abrams did a wonderful job shooting the lightsabers (the way they're lit, the sound, making it seem special each time they turn on)

My two favorite scene in TFA are when she snatches the lightsaber and a little while later when she drives Ren's red saber into the ground and the music kicks in....

My fav Star Wars moments are as follows:

1. I am your father (what!?!?)

2. Luke taking off Vader's mask

3. Vader appearing out from the smoke on the rebel ship at the beginning of A New Hope

That's a solid top three.

I watched 1/2 of monsters last night...

Oh boy. Just spare us how much you hated it.

I had a really long day. I was in bed by 930. Ill finish it. From just the first half i dont think he's good at getting actors to act in a believable way. Though it could just be that male actor. I feel like ive seen him elsewhere and he seems super awkward delivering lines.

Havent seen any of that. Just mostly complaints it looks very twee you hunger games what with her sass n all.

I do believe she's a bad girl and they have to mark her as different in publics eye from Rey so I'm thinking she's definitely a double agent or a baddie in the end.
