Well post production and sound etc can go right up to the wire.

Even with the OT Lucas added stuff the same week the film was actually out and in cinemas.

I doubt Vader has a prominent role. They probably just need a few scenes with him anyway.

One scene was 'leaked' where he's in battle and decapitiating rebels with his lightsaber and apparently it's so heavy it might not make it into the film.

He's definitely in it though. The hired the guy who cast the original helmet ages ago.

There may be a problem where it's only what, a few weeks ahead of a New Hope, with his geriatric fight with Obi-Wan.

Of course, if it looks awesome I promise not to care or point that out. We employ people for that.

He won't need to be doing acrobatics exactly. He's not facing a Jedi. He can do a lot of damage just growing his lightsaber and using the force to guide it and take heads off. He's just fighting some soldier chumps. Though donny yens character might be something with the martial arts. The character is supposed to be blind and there are imperial guards in red in the background so maybe it's the emperor in that scene too? Who knows

I got the impression from the trailer that Donnie Yen's character was training those Stormtroopers, and not that it was a big schoolyard fight circle.

I thought that as well; though he is obviously a terrible teacher if that is the case.

I've only been able to skim the last 15 pages. Did you guys discuss this? It dovetails heavily into the speculation about what Rey 2.0s character is about.
Spoiler: show
Apparently the Mads character is some kind of Oppenheimer figure in the creation of the death star. The woman is his daughter. I think you're meant to read the 'I rebel' as a sarcastic or tongue in cheek response by a black sheep acknowledging her Daddy issues. It explains why she is an asset for the rebellion if they can convince her to help them.
