I sent it to hamill on Twitter and he liked it. I thought it was funny. It's been photoshopped countless ways.

Haha. I asked him could I be his beard stand in when they're filming here.
He never replied.

Re: Star Wars: Episode VIII (2017)
Ridley already knows who Rey’s parents are — and she doesn’t think it’s that big of a deal. “I think the amazing thing about [Episode VII] is that Finn and Rey don’t come from anywhere, and they find a place,” Ridley, who’s currently filming Rian Johnson’s Star Wars: Episode VIII, said. “So to me, it’s funny that people think it’s so important because I don’t really think it is.”
Quote:
when asked about Rey’s future as a Jedi, she gave this very intriguing response: “I don’t know if I am a Jedi… I don’t think I am.”

Ridley doesn't think Rey's parentage is a big deal? It better be a fucking big deal. Fuck you, Star Wars!
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

I hope those comments aren't smoke screen. I really hope she's not related to anyone we already know or any established characters. Her parentage should be a "big deal" only in the sense that it's part of her quest to understand who she is and where she came from, not because she's part of an established bloodline.

I'm fine with that, but if they build this mystery up and then don't explain it like a god damned episode of Lost, I'm going to be pissed.durdencommatyler wrote:I hope those comments aren't smoke screen. Yeah, I get that. Though, LOST pretty much explained everything. But, still, your point stands. Creating the mystery in and of itself means they need to "make it a big deal." I getcha.

Lost can kiss my ass.
It's not purgatory.
It's not purgatory.
No seriously, it's not purgatory.
We swear to god, it's not purgatory.
Here's some shocking, obscure science that you'll never understand.
OK, it was kinda purgatory.

Her comments on that knocked the wind out of a lot of sails. The film did set all that up and is responsible for the who is she hysteria. To hear her palm it off like its no big deal is worrying.
