my wife and i (both teachers) decided to watch a show on netflix this summer, and at the recommendation of a friend whose taste i admire, we went with this. we started on sunday and finished the 7 episode first season last night. really enjoying it. i hope there will be a way to see the first half of season 5 before the show concludes in august. we plan to be up to speed. until then, seasons 2-4 will be how i spend various evenings over the next month or two.

The show keeps getting better and better. The last half of season 3 into season 4 is probably the peak. Enjoy!

Honestly, I'd say the best season is season one. BUT (the first half of) season 5 is a close fucking second. Just so, so good.

Nah, Half Measures is the absolute high point of this show, I say.

So have you gotten to the bit yet where it's revealed that Walt never had cancer - didn't care about the money, and it turns out his only motivation was to get Jessie interested in Chemistry?

Good episode, yes. But it's one stand-out in a season of unevenness.

Season 5 with the exception of
Spoiler: show
FUCKING MAGNETS!!
was outstanding from beginning to end.

On disc 3 of season 5, there's a complete scene in the extras called "Chicks and Guns". Trust me, you'll want to see it..

I :heartbeat: this show. Probably my all time favorite. I am a little worried though as I can't imagine a satisfying ending.

He really should. If any character on that show deserves a bad ending it's him. I just hope Jesse and Hank come out ok.
