Lost Highway is tremendous. And Blue Velvet might not actually be my favorite Lynch movie, but Blue Velvet transcends Lynch.

No shit? I'd love if you really did this and shared the whole experience with us. I have a life plan of slowly accumulating my 10,000 hours over the next 20 years or so, then breaking into the film biz in my early 60s.

Yeah, it's just time. I've got a first draft that I wrote a year and a half ago. Things keep falling through with collaborators and I just really want to make a movie. I'm tired of not trying. So, this is the year. If I can get the script in shape and lock down a cast. #FingersCrossed

Ehh, I dunno. I mostly like it, but it's very rough around the edges (obviously). Also, I was never able to completely finish it because I've never been able to get someone to score it to my satisfaction (a musician friend made one for it, but I rejected it). So it's totally done except for the music.
