I suppose that is true. There is probably a 10 hour single player campaign. Those can be pretty fun and totally worth $5 despite being on rails and loaded with QTE's. I will occasionally buy a cheap used COD game just to play the campaign.

I just can't stand FPS multiplayer games anymore. Besides that I don't have the time to put into them to be good enough to really compete, I find that most people only really care about their KDR anyways so every match, regardless of whether it's a deathmatch or not, inevitably just turns into one. At least in a game like Battlefront people seemed to play as a team (mostly) to complete the objectives. I sure as shit wasn't paying $150 for that game, but the beta was fun as hell.

I never really play multiplayer anymore, but I will say that when I have, I've always found COD to be outstanding in that department. There's a reason it's so popular.

Generally, I'm all about the campaigns. I've played most of the COD campaigns multiple times and I think they're excellent. Cinematic, exciting, beautiful graphics, flawless controls and physics. And Ghosts is one of the best.

COD does have some solid campaigns. A dependable, big budget 5 hour action movie once a year.

I've gone back to playing Wolfenstein, which I never finished. It's straight-forward, but it sure is fun.

I want to play Dark Souls 3 so badly but I'd need a new GPU first and I can't afford that. :gomez:

I can confirm that you will die a lot in Dark Souls 3. The leveling system and weapon upgrades are a little confusing.

It's not too different. It borrows a little from Demon Souls and Dark Souls. It doesn't seem to borrow much from Dark Souls 2 though which is probably a good thing.

Kind of a really well done amalgamation of the series.

Uncharted 4 multiplayer details. Very good idea to have all new maps and modes free to all players.

I think this deserves a HUGE round of applause. I really hope this works out well for them.

They're doing it right it seems like. I really liked the beta, which incorporated elements of both Uncharted and Last of Us multiplayer. Reviews hit for the game on Wednesday.

I just assumed I'd be paying $50 for a season pass or something.

That's what they did for the new Halo game too, and it's awesome. I wish more companies did that.

I didn't know that. Very cool way not to split your user base and to keep fans happy. It is perfect acceptable to stagger content but don't charge people an arm and a leg.

A DLC standalone story for Uncharted 4 sounds really good too. Left Behind was terrific.

The Walking Dead: Michonne was my least favorite Telltale game so far. I think they're running into some walls with their storytelling/character-creation. I hope they iron out the wrinkles soon.

I liked it, but I thought it really shit the bed in the last episode. I was disappointed because I felt like they shoehorned me into making decisions I didn't want to. They didn't let me shape my character like I wanted to, which is pretty much a death sentence for a choice-based game.
