That was an insane ending. Ginobli was clearly fouled by Waiters, but oversold it by A LOT because he's one of the all-time great floppers. Plus Leonard was holding the back of Westbrook's jersey, and the craziest of all a fucking fan trying to impede Adams? Horrible officiating as usual in the NBA, but I'm ok with nothing getting called & just letting things play out. Spurs had more than enough time & should have gotten a better shot & won it.

I would argue that the officiating in the NBA is pretty decent in most cases, but they blew it here. It all depends on what the league wants to enforce. They could crack down on some things, but they feel like the product is pretty good right now. Basketball is insanely difficult to officiate in the flow of the game.

Definitely a tough task in that moment. For argument's sake, would you like to have seen just the Waiters/Ginobli call made? I feel like the other stuff was just as deserving of a call, but who knows?

Probably a violation on Ginobli for stepping on the line, but that is rarely called.

So that was...stressful. What absurd endings to both the 4th quarter and OT. If Miami can learn how to inbound the ball maybe next time it'll be an 8-10 point victory like it should have been last night.

It was more this. The Warriors were sloppy and playing too loose on defense in the first three quarters. They've been doing that quite a bit in the second half of the season. They just turned it up in the 4th.

It evens out. The Blazers were making everything in the 3rd (including step back 3's) and the Warriors had several baskets that were halfway down and bounced out.

I wouldn't call it a collapse, it was more like the Blazers were overwhelmed by the Warriors' higher gear.

Agreed. I'm just still smarting because that game was absolutely the Blazers' to win, and as I said before they pretty much had to if there was any realistic possibility of taking the series. Pretty good game to watch all around.

Yeah, they came out strong just like the Thunder the night before. They can easily win a game or two in Portland if they can keep it up.

Oh why can't we sell out playoff games....well, Assholes, this is why.

Matthew Dellavadova with little shred of NBA talent can step up last year and hurt two of your players.... you can't even stop JR Freaking SMITH.

In the last 6 playoff games JR Smith has about 50 made 3's against you, I guess he's Larry Bird now.

This is why Jeff Teague and Al Horford don't deserve max contracts... and they're going to get them anyway, because... Hawks.

The Raptors are awful. If Miami loses to them it will be a major embarrassment. That game last night was some of the worst playoff basketball imaginable by both teams. Miami should crush them in games 3 and 4 but who knows.

Cliff notes version:
- Lowry and DeRosen can't shoot. Like at all.
- Miami can't inbound the ball against pressure
- Refs don't call fouls on inbounds plays so you may as well mug everybody on the court
- The Raptors have a very good center and he destroys Whiteside one on one but they refuse to exploit the matchup
- If Whiteside would have just stayed at home and blocked out a couple of times instead of going for blocks he had no chance of getting Miami would have won
- Miami turns the ball over at a shocking rate. 11 turnovers in the 1st quarter
- That's almost one turnover per minute
- When Miami actually gets shots off they're quite efficient, but man they're sloppy with the ball

Why do so many people think that if KD leaves it would be to the Warriors? I can't imagine him doing that but it seems like that's what everybody keeps saying. I don't get it.

Stephen A keeps suggesting Miami is a real landing spot for Durant 4/5. Of course when he explains how it would happen it shows a complete lack of understanding of how the salary cap works but...
