Durant will stay for another year so he can be eligible for a bigger contract and stay/leave at the same time as Russ.

Yeah, I've heard that, too. I don't think the salary cap matters honestly. If KD picks your franchise you will do whatever you have to do to your roster to make it work.

I can't imagine him wanting to play for Scott Brooks again. Personally, I think he'll stay in OKC, but I'm just surprised by the Warriors (and now Spurs) talk. Maybe my imagination is overly limited, but I struggle to imagine him hopping aboard a team that was already one of the best teams in NBA history without him.

LeBron might not ever win another ring whether he does it or not but it'd sure make him look less bad for coming to Miami.

If he's picking a place to go why wouldn't he go to San Antonio?

Because he plays the same position as Leonard and doesn't want to play the 4? That's about the only reason I can think of.

I've also been to San Antonio and that city is kinda blah to me. Then again, I was in the tourist area for only a few days....

Nooooo. Miami still scares me because of LeBron's inability to have a good game there.

Although I really wanted Toronto to win last night, not because I care either way who Cleveland plays next, but because it's such an ugly series and I want it to end.

Pretty much. Quite the basketball spectrum between Game 1 to Game 2 of the doubleheader last night.

It's painfully bad. Miami's inability to run anything resembling a professional offense or for anybody besides Wade to hit any shots has been particularly brutal. The Raptors are begging to be beaten into submission and Miami just can't do it.

If Miami wins and gets Whiteside back maybe they can put a mild scare into Cleveland for a game or two, but that's about it. And if Whiteside isn't back or Cleveland plays the Raptors it'll be another sweep. Or in 5 at worst.

I love that Russ killed the Spurs in game 5 and I really hope he does the same tonight.

And then I hope that the Warriors don't hide their prince Curry and let Russ just go Russ all over him.

Curry won't guard Westbrook. I kind of think the Spurs will win tonight.

You're right, he won't. I don't blame Golden State for that, but I think it should be a reminder to these people with their crazy talk trying to put Curry into the same group as Jordan, Magic, Bird, LeBron, Kobe, etc. that while he's clearly the greatest shooter we've ever seen he isn't in that group.
