Thought this was pretty great.. loved the new characters a lot.. the mid movie fight was neat, especially spiderman n ant man.. the hot aunt may (not looking like comic aunt may) kinda cracked me up

N yea I thought it was stated before somewhere ws killed h stark

I didn't see it with my Dad, but I don't think he clapped. Also he watched Civil War and weirdly zeroed in on two things: Giant Man, and Falcon's robot bird. He really liked those. He thought the rest of the movie was "okay".

i like that they didn't bother with pretending they were killing off a character, but there were still lasting consequences to the story.

Looks like the negative response to BvS really affected opening weekend numbers for this.

Or like I've been saying a while, we have reached over saturation in comic book films. Hero fatigue.

Superhero fatigue doesn't exist outside of Internet think pieces, and this had an amazing opening weekend

This was the 5th highest opening weekend in history. If anything I'd guess BVS helped this by comparison.
