I much prefer draft-style tournaments than this March Madness model, and not just because they're confined to a single thread. It's just a lot more fun.

Chud requested simpsons next.

I stand by the crazy idea that we could have multiple tournaments going at once.
The simpsons tournament has to happen.

for the ones that matter, yes

plus, we can all make the case by posting clips and reminding people of jokes

i see a simpsons tournament turning into an incredibly enjoyable shit show that has the potential to tear us apart like a civil war

I certainly can see that being fun. I could see myself rewatching see Top 16 or maybe even 32. Nice way to revisit some classic Simpsons episodes.

Harborcoat Wouldnt mind this gem winning it all
Begin the Begin Not a fave from Pageant but a strong song
Disturbance at the Heron House One of my faves, glad and surprised it has made it this far.
It's the End of the World as We Know It Love it.
Losing My Religion Not my absolute favorite but still one hell of a song.
Country Feedback Might win it all, wonderful song.
Drive Great one
Try Not to Breathe Even better one :luv:
Nightswimming My all time favorite song, too bad it's probably losing in this round.
Find the River Absolutely gorgeous song.
What's the Frequency, Kenneth? Meh
Strange Currencies Not top 16 nor better than World Leader Pretend or You Are the Everything.
Bang and Blame I like this song a lot but it has no business being here.
E-bow the Letter Overrated
Leave Wonderful song
It Happened Today Really good song but definetely not top 16

I didn't say I didn't like it, I genuinely didn't remember what song it was. I listened to it right before I put on The King of Limbs.

Find the River is a pretty song. Nothing wrong with it but I'm not sure it's one of REM's 16 best. Good song, though.

I'm a pretty middle of the road REM fan, though. Not anywhere near as hardcore as you guys are. There are a lot of REM songs that I don't listen to often enough to remember. I also don't usually have any idea what the titles of their songs are. I usually have to look them up.

This round is staying open in thirty minute intervals until the nightswimming/losing my religion tie is broken
