Give up the Ghost and Separator are both pretty decent little tunes. Not songs I imagine I'll reach for often but songs I could stand throwing onto a mix or hearing pop up from time to time at random. Separator, especially. It's a lot like Codex in that it's a song they've recorded before but there's a lightness, an airiness, some kind of strange charm to it. Whatever that quality is, it's enough to keep it from feeling used and/or rehashed.

Yeah, The King of Limbs is still my least favorite Radiohead album. Pretty mediocre and uninteresting overall.

Burn the Witch and Daydreaming are both leagues better than anything on TKoL.

The drums go "pa-PA! pa-ta-PA! pa-PA! pa-ta-PA!" and then the bass is all "BUM-bumBUM-bumBUM-bumbumBUM---BUM-bumBUM-bumbum."

I just put it on again. Now I remember.

I couldn't finish listening to it a second time so soon after that first time. I switched over to St. Vincent.

I don't think I've ever been this instantly taken by a Radiohead album before.

I'm kinda viewing Burn the Witch (which I really like) as the album's version of an overture or opening credits introduction. The music initially sounds almost optimistic even as the words are anything but, and then it.
Viewing it that way allows me to look at the heart wrenching Daydreaming and True Love Waits as the bookends of the album from a thematic and emotional viewpoint.

Besides those two I think Identik and Ful Stop are other standouts, but that'll probably change during each listen.

I really can't believe how much I like this.

I've only heard it once, but I was surprised how short it felt. For a 6 minute song, it really flew by. It's intoxicating.
