i'm really enjoying the new Mouth of the Architect. easily one of the best post-metal releases i've heard this year.

Nice--I'll check that out! Have they been on hiatus for a while or something? anybody listened to Deafheaven's Sunbather yet? it's pretty good. i like the black metal meets post-rock approach.

The drumming on Sunbather is ridiculous. I don't like the vocals at all, though.
