-Ep. 40: Judge Dredd

It's hard not to list more since I love this podcast so much, but I tried to keep it limited so as not to overwhelm. There are sooooo many great episodes.

I'll do tmnt2 for tonight's drive. Listened to tango and cash and Hudson hawk last night. Good stuff. I haven't seen the movies on your list, LV, and they have enough episodes I want to stick with stuff I'm familiar with

I'm going to give How Did This Get Made? a shot; scrolling through the episode list, there really aren't that many that I've seen. Is it worth listening to episodes of movies you haven't seen? Still funny?

I'm going to start with Episode 1, which is about Burlesque, which I've actually seen twice.

I started around episode 106, which was the furthest back my podcast app would go back to download episodes. From there, I've seen 15 of the 30 movies. They're all hilarious regardless, though I wonder if it's because even though I haven't seen all of them I have seen trailers and was alive for the time period these were made so when they talk about the production I can pretty much imagine just what they're talking about. Plus the guests are usually just hilarious regardless of the film.

I'm going to start with Episode 1, which is about Burlesque, which I've actually seen twice.

Yes, it's definitely worth it. I've heard every episode, and lord knows I haven't seen all those movies. They do a good job of describing the events of the movie to keep you up to speed.

Some of those early episodes are a little rough, at least comparatively. They pretty quickly learned what segments did and didn't work, and adjusted accordingly.

I've been on a Dark Tower kick since the news dropped the other day. So I started listening to a random Dark Tower podcast I found. It's fucking stupid. These jabronies are terrible. There is some fun info and discussion but it just devolves into stupidity and idiocy. Both.
