I am a little embarrassed that people here have heard a couple of these, though. During one recording session, we were stuck in an extremely hot room with no A/C, and I pretty much turned into a lunatic at the end of the two episodes we recorded.

A buddy of mine approached me about starting a literature podcast, and as much as I enjoy the medium, I don't think I could ever, ever do it. So no need to feel embarrassed; it takes balls.

I really wanted to listen to more of it. But I just hadn't seen any of the movies. That's literally the only reason I stopped listening. The fact that I disagreed with you to the marrow on the one I listened to didn't affect my enjoyment or my appreciation for what you guys were doing at all.

I know I am. Living in NYC and Netflix have drastically altered my consumption habits. If it's not on Netflix, I usually don't see it. But then when I go to Netflix to find things, I get overwhelmed by my options and just end up watching Parks and Recreation.

Movie night with our friends tonight. 1982 is the year and since me and the other guy picked Blade Runner last time, the ladies have settled on Fast Times at Ridgemont High for tonight. Could have been a lot worse.

Whenever there's active promotion on the part of somebody else, whenever I see somebody all dolled up for a fancy photograph and someone's handing out flyers or whenever there's active promotion for something like that, as an imposition on my day, I hate all those people and I want them to fail. I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.
