I think Drive is one of the best slow-burners I've ever seen. Reminds me a lot of Sexy Beast in the way it's stylized, the way it simmers, and the feeling I get when shit starts to boil over. But it's better than Sexy Beast.

Sexy Beast is a strong film from what I remember. It's been forever since I've seen it, though.

Yeah, I don't know man. A lot of those images have stuck with me all these years. Plus it had dynamic characters and great dialogue to make up for any lack of cinematography. Great performances.
