Re: Live Long and Prosper; the Trek Thread
I started over again a few months back. Made it through the first 10 or 11 episodes of Season One over the course of a week. Then I got distracted. But I'm going to dive back in soon. It's so rewarding.BurtReynolds wrote:I need to revisit the show soon.durdencommatyler wrote:Because they are just too many phenomenal episodes to narrow it down.BurtReynolds wrote:why?durdencommatyler wrote:I'm not sure I could name a favorite episodes of TNG.BurtReynolds wrote:whats your favorite TNG episode? mine's Cause and Effect.

The Measure of a Man and The Offspring are tied for me. I also love I, Borg.

All Good Things is one of the best series finales I've seen.

One of my favorite episodes that no one seems to talk about is "Genesis", which I think is from the last season. It's like an atmospheric body horror/space horror movie.

They always acted like Troi was the hot one, but for my money it doesn't get any hotter than Bev Crusher.

That was a good one that should be on my list. There was a similar type episode with Geordie that I went back and forth with adding. Speaking of TNG body horror, I caught the tail-end of this episode the other day on TV randomly. Still pretty fucking gruesome, despite the cheap effects.
