No way he would ever sign there. Plus he isn't very good anymore.

People love Jo and him coming out against the cronies that run the bulls will hopefully get the public to turn on the idiots that run this franchise. They are lottery bound next year so that will help too.

I'm no cap expert but won't Cleveland still be over the cap after it jumps? Noah could likely only sign for the veteran's minimum.

Will Cleveland just keep spending next year after their latest failed title run though? Gilbert doesn't seem to care about the tax.

As long as Lebron is still there I see them in the tax. I mean look at Tristan fucking Thompson's deal.

Zach Lowe, providing the best take as usual:

"Injuries are part of the game, and these dudes are healthy enough to play. I guarantee you someone on the Thunder is suffering from some nagging injury limiting him in some way. Oklahoma City is healthier, but no team is 100 percent healthy across the board as May flips to June. The Thunder just obliterated the Warriors twice in a row, and they held them to efficiency totals that seemed impossible.

You can lambaste Curry's 6-of-20 brickfest last night, a catastrophic performance for an MVP in a borderline must-win, or you can speculate -- without any real knowledge, mind you -- about whether the chase for 73 regular-season wins sapped Golden State's energy.

The Thunder are the real story. They are winning this, period."

That's great stuff from Zach Lowe.

It certainly appears that GS peaked early and the real story so far of the entire finals has been OKC

Of course it is. It is just more fodder for the media excuses for him. Steph is a smart enough guy to know that he would be hurting his team if he was still injured that bad.
this is exactly why espn is going with steph's hurt over the thunder is good. you're playing right into their hands.

It'd be nice to have a close game. All blowouts so far.

I agree. This year's playoffs have been unmemorable so far.

A lot of talk about the thunder keeping it within striking distance by the TNT guys and the first half was a win for them. Looks like a double digit thunder loss to me...

Yup. Man, the praise about to come the Warriors way is going to be nauseating.

So is steph still hurt or did he play well enough we can ignore that narrative for now?
