It would be nice if they decided, after the Infinty War ends, to reboot the series like they do in comics. Recast everyone and do other stories. So after 2018 or whenver those movies come out it would be a New52 type of thing.

It'd be the best of both comics and movies: New stories and new (cheaper) faces to perform them.

I'd hate that. There are tons of characters. Just make new ones people care about.

Does anyone know if/when Marvel/Disney will ever recover the film rights to the Xmen/mutants?

Kind of what I was going for. Instead of a Cap/IM/Thor main character series, bring in other characters and have those three be smaller players.

Bring in Namor/Hulk/and a bigger role for Black Panther, that kind of thing.

And if they get the rights to FF back? even better.

And Marvel will get the rights back when the movies stop making money/people stop caring about them. So...never seems pretty likely. I mean $63 million is a lot of money. Not quite Deadpool money (who ever thought that would be a sentence?) but it's still decent. Well, maybe not for a holiday weekend but still OK.

Better than Fantastic Four at least. Little victories, m'kay?

Well, Apocalypse has done underwhelming domestic numbers so far.

EDIT: Damn your edit.

But aren't they doing a Black Panther movie? And they did Ant-Man, and are doing some other non-major characters.

I'd rather see a whole movie with that red witch girl, you know, the Olsen sister?

What kind of theater do you go to that allows you to turn off movies?

I hope Hollywood starts to listen to people who watch movies on their phones for free.

Hey, whatever happened with that thing about Bryan Singer being some kind of power-pederast? Did that get resolved?
