Sopranos. I'm getting towards the end of season 4. Carmella is just the worst. She is so high and mighty, close-minded, ignorant and judgemental. The way she strings poor Furio along, and then can't even begin to understand why he'd just suddenly leave... what the hell?

He does a bunch of cool stuff. He's not evil and he has an interesting arc. Also: Buscemi. I also have a deep-seated hatred of so many of the major characters on the show (including Tony S. and Carmela in fact) because they are actually evil that it's hard for me to rank them as a favorite character.

Whenever there's active promotion on the part of somebody else, whenever I see somebody all dolled up for a fancy photograph and someone's handing out flyers or whenever there's active promotion for something like that, as an imposition on my day, I hate all those people and I want them to fail. I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.
