I'd say he probably spends most of his free time engaging in vanity searches when he is not busy attempting bierhall putsches or tweeting

in fact he probably single-handedly brought down RM a few weeks ago due to his excessive vanity searching

and I'd be surprised if they couldn't round up at least one person to testify that they got hot-box pressured into a pricey upgrade that they couldn't afford

maybe they will subpoena Trump's emails in a twist of email server irony

What if he gets testimony from people who went through the seminars and made a lot of money on property?

Yeah that's likely to happen

John and Mary are real Trump college graduates and have been paid a gratuity for this court appearance.

What a magnificently funny Twitter account he has.

After the litigation is disposed of and the case won, I have instructed my execs to open Trump U(?), so much interest in it! I will be pres.

Pray that you don't live to regret this post once the Trumpenführer attains his rightful position. :P

Am I imagining things, or has "sad!" become a more common twitter exclamation since the Donald began his march towards victory?

It's not different from any other for-profit college (or most colleges for that matter). It just has Flopsy's name on it.

I've never been more depressed about America than I am now. This election is...I don't even know what to say anymore. I don't even know who I hate the most. Trump, Clinton, supporters, protestors - they're all terrible.

I don't know about in the US but this campaign seems like it's been going on for the last two years and the endless coverage it's getting over here and everywhere else has been because Trump and the nonsense he's spewing and stirring the pot up in an ugly way. Has there ever been such a nasty campaign? Or a candidate so unpresidential?

Clinton seems to be fighting a war on two fronts. Sanders has some great ideas but he has to know he'll never get the nomination and even if he did, America would vote for Trump before him. That's what it looks like from here anyways.

Gonna need a citation on that "mother of dragons is a hot piece of ass" one, but it just goes to show sometimes Trump is 100% right.

Italy – “The Italians love Trump. I’m rich, I’m successful, I always surrounded by beautiful women. Like that Berlusconi guy!”
I compared him to Berlusconi a couple of times here. He does seem to be following his path.

The obvious precedent is McCain's campaign in 2008 because of Palin.

I think it will be interesting to see this unfold. I think weakening Clinton at this point is the dumbest thing any Democrat can do even if Trump is going to be the nominee for the GOP and this seems to be the only thing Sanders can realistically achieve.

I went to a for profit that I considered a scam and it wasn't nearly as bad as what I read about Trump University.

I worked for a private not-for-profit, and did some consultant work for a for-profit, and was surprised by the quality of curriculum and awareness of learning research in both places. Surprised in part because, to date, the worst learning institutions I've ever worked with in terms of educational quality were two charter schools and a private K-12 for rich kids.

On the other hand, there are certainly a number of for-profits out there that have been scams. And they all also had their run of media exposure/attacks.

That said the existence of other scammy for-profit institutions is irrelevant here. This SHOULD be a campaign killer because there is no reason to assume this person perceives his constitutents in a manner that is in any way different from the way he saw Tump U "students." His constituents are just too dumb to see that.

I don't doubt that and I'm not defending that guy, but the media coverage of him and his past has hardly been objective and impartial. (Take that recent hit-piece in the NYT where the lead interviewee stated they intentionally misquoted her as an example).
