I mean, what a great fucking point.
Even the characters on the show were fucking tired of Dorne.

I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

Spoiler: show
Episode 07 - The Broken Man
Episode 08 - No One
Episode 00 - The Battle of the Bastards
Episode 10 - The Winds of Winter
I was having a conversation with a friend yesterday about some of the popular theories floating around and he said to me:
Spoiler: show
"I don't think Jon is gonna take on Ramsey in sort of big Battle of the Bastards either."

I said... well... I mean, that is the title of episode 9.

He said: "LOL! Really?"

I said I was sorry that I spoiled it for him; it seemed like he knew, the way he capitalized his post and everything.

He said, "If the title of the episode or something like that spoils the show you're watching, clearly the show you're watching is a piece of shit."

I'm really interested in what will happen at the Battle of the Bastards. Will it just be a huge battle with someone (Probably Jon/Sansa) winning? We had so many battles that this one just doesn't sound very...spectacular? Right now it seems like Jon/Sansa/Davos will get support from enough families, they will battle, someone might die (Tormund/Rickon/Davos? Most probably Ramsay) and then that's it. I'm not very intrigued by it seeing it's probably supposed to be one of/the highlight of the season. I hope they prove me wrong. Littlefinger is the wildcard that might mix things up but aside from that?

I hope Sansa, not Jon, kills Ramsay. Something like

I agree that this year's big battle needs something to distinguish it from the ones we've seen before. One of the options that intrigues me is: Jon, Sansa & Co. win the battle but they don't kill Ramsay--everyone is expecting it, so it'd be a nice way to subvert what people are waiting for.

I hope that guy who has been out rowing forever comes back. A surprise bastard would be nice, not the obvious ones.

I think Gendry is going to back soon. Like, maybe in the next 2 episodes.

I'd love for this years Ep 9 to break mold and be as anti-brah, go-go-big-bad-battle-violence-MEN-YES as possible. I'd love a quite episode with a genuinely heartfelt moment (whether its shocking or terrifying or beautiful).

Ned's death.

Blackwater.

Red Wedding.

Battle of the Wall
.
Battle of Hardhome.

We're due for something smaller, I'd say. Also, the Red Wedding, though much more in line with what I'm talking about was still pretty BLOOD GUTS REVENGE YELLING BLOOD FUCK YAY. So each team gets half a point for that one.

By my tally that means it's 1.5 to 3.5 in favor of brahs.

Meh.

I don't think many are going to be very shocked by that, though. I feel like it's a foregone conclusion at this point.
