It's amazing how many great NHL players were born from Minnesota and yet the state can't put together a fucking championship team to save its life

Gave a commencement address at my school last night. Doug Woog was the honorary speaker. What a great guy. I don't know how to share a pic from my iPhone here or I would. Well, maybe I'd put it in another thread.Strat wrote:It's amazing how many great NHL players were born from Minnesota and yet the state can't put together a fucking championship team to save its life

I work at SSP. He graduated from there. I'd never met him before. He has pretty noticeable Parkinson's now. Fuck that disease. He was a sweetheart to me, tho, especially when he found out I was an Iron Ranger.Strat wrote:Ol dougie woog. Hilarious. Hey Burt, I found a pic of me as the Tin-Man at that Billiard show in KC. It's not a great pic. It's a polaroid that was then uploaded to Facebook. And it's like 16 years old. But that's me as the Tin-ManBurtReynolds wrote:pics or it didnt happen

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.
