That actually makes good sense to me (even though I can't relate to being fat). I could see how his character would grate on someone who has been mocked with similar behavior, or even just sick of stereotypical and unoriginal fat jokes made into movie heroes. I disagree that Chris Farley was talentless, but at lest I understand where you're coming from. If nothing else, he made being fat kind of cool (or at least took the pre-social media, societal obesity taboo and turned into something positive--making people laugh and love him).

He just did what Belushi did and made it worse. Which really was difficult because Belushi wasn't that great either.
