Hopefully 4/5 stops by to talk about Bosh a little. I feel gross doing it as a Bulls fan.

I'm not saying they are the same but the way they are reduced to just mostly being overpaid jump spot shooters as the third wheel on a Lebron team is similar.

I don't think so at all. I haven't looked up stats recently but the Heat didn't get the kind of production out of him that you would expect getting paid that kind of salary. I'm not trying to stick up for Love or anything I just don't think that type of player is what you need as a third option on a team Lebron is leading. Even though Bosh would have games where he would hit a few threes and one game in particular stands out to a lot of people because he hit 3 big ones but a lot of the time he would take himself out of the offense by just standing out there watching the other two operate. Rarely were the Heat posting Bosh up and letting him work on the elbow the way he used to in Toronto which was where he was most effective. Bosh was always soft. Don't forget those series where he resorted to embarrassing himself with flopping and just falling to the ground when his team was getting beat down by Dwight Howard and the Magic.

this season Kevin Love put up 16 ppg and 9.9 rpg.

Two soft power forwards put up almost the exact same numbers on teams led by Lebron James.

Maybe I'm naive but I don't think that's his fault, I think it's the Cavs fault for giving a max deal to a guy that is only there to spread the floor.

Does anyone not think the Kevin Love situation is very similar to Chris Bosh in Miami. Chris Bosh got turned into a jump shooter jacking up way too many 3's. I am not a Heat fan whatsoever but I remember saying the exact same shit about him most of the time in Miami, especially his last season and play off run. Most of the time I couldn't understand what he was doing on the floor. Bosh once upon a time had a pretty nice back to the basket game and isn't that what made him the player teams want to invest big dollars in? Even if they win they should trade him and balance out the team more. They could probably get two solid pieces for him including one that does exactly what he does for them now.

yeah, i think you could argue that bosh and love were both brought in to create space on the floor (as 4/5 said) for lebron and wade/kyrie.

Bosh is definitely not underrated but I never said he sucked either. I did call him soft though. I've thought he was soft since his days in Toronto. That being said I always thought the Heat could have gotten more out of him and didn't use him as effectively as they could have. I think Cleveland is approaching the way they use Love similarly and I don't think a team needs to spend that kind of money on a player for that. Anyway, can we just get on to something else we should all agree on? Draymond Green is a dirtball and should never experience the joy of winning another ring.

We can agree to disagree. Although I will say that it seems what you are suggesting is Bosh should have been more of a centerpiece on a team with prime wade and Lebron. He fit the situation perfectly in the end because he decided he was going to be a pro. I think love has failed at figuring out what bosh did.

I don't want draymond to ever experience happiness again btw.
