Yeah, I was thinking using Big Ten or some other college schedule as well. Let's see if we get any more people.Lament wrote:Yeah, let me know if you come up with something. I've used the old Big Ten regular season basketball schedule (from when they played all of their games on Thursdays and Fridays) for the last few baseball tournaments. I found a generic schedule generator for this one, but it only creates balanced schedules.

I have a schedule generator that can do unbalanced schedules, but it's made for baseball, so it only does 40-162 game seasons.

If we can find a way to add a few more teams, we'll definitely do it.TBAMTS wrote:Don't adjust anything for my sake. I'll be ready for next time.

I signed up but I've never done any of this sim stuff and I'm kind of confused on what to do next. Any tips?

I think the best thing to do is to build your team (go to SimMatchups, select Dream Teams, and go down to the NFL section), and then run some sims. It'll give you a feel for how whatif works, and you can experiment with different depth charts/play calling, and make any necessary roster changes.Orpheus wrote:I signed up but I've never done any of this sim stuff and I'm kind of confused on what to do next. Yeah, it's fun. The simulator can be frustrating, but if you take it for what it is, it's pretty cool, and easy to get lost in. Our baseball tournaments are a blast.

I did 2015 Cardinals vs. 2000 Ravens at Bmore just for shits and giggles, and Ravens won 17-10 with 10 points off turnovers. I can get behind this based off that.

I can't wait to unleash Aaron Rodgers and Don Hutson against' Kaius' defense.

From what you gather, what is the difference between the offense styles, particularly pass heavy/west coast?

Re: NFL All-Time Franchise Tournament: Schedule is up!
So far the biggest thing I've noticed is that my running backs are heavily involved in the passing game when I run the West Coast. When I go straight up pass heavy my teams sometimes put up much bigger point totals and my WRs have bigger games, but my QBs become more likely to have multiple turnovers.

I was surprised to find a picture on the internet of you wearing a Packers hat and Packers shirt, Kaius.
