I would HIGHLY recommend watching it all in one sitting if you can. It really is like one 8 hour long movie. But if you have to break it up, really try to watch Ep 1 and 2 together, if at all possible.

They've been doing week long screenings in NYC and LA. The whole thing. All 8 hours with two intermissions. For the sole purpose of having it be Academy Award eligible.

And it should absolutely get nominated.

No worries. It's still great if you watch it piece by piece. The important thing is just to watch it however you can. I was just really taken with how much the first two parts really feel like one part.

I'd say the same about part four and five but I needed a little break between them because there are some truly disturbing images in part four. It's a great piece of reporting but they get into it. They show many of the crime scene photos and it's really difficult to look at.

It's downright graphic. You can see inside their throats, muscles and connective tissue, etc. They were not just stabbed; they were BUTCHERED.

Oh, and I LOVED that one detective's estimation of how the attacks went down, based on the blood splatter and wounds to the victims. When he started spinning his theory, I was like, "Oh, come on." But the further he went, the more I believed his exact version of events.

That was actually Bill Hodgman's account (one of the prosecutors). And it did make a ton of sense.

But... and I admit that this kinda slips into possible tin-foil hat territory, but I've read/listened to/seen a lot from many forensic experts and almost all of credible ones agree that there were probably two people doing the butchering. OJ was probably not alone. Other than that one tiny detail, I'd agree, that Hodgman has it just about right, yeah. Makes tons of sense.

If there was only one killer, then, yes. He nailed it.

There was so much info that I already knew and remembered from when it happened in real time. Those photos, I'd never seen before. It was powerful, horrific and necessary.

One thing that was a surprise to me was that, I remember it being reported/taken as fact that Ron and Nicole were a couple. This more than implied that they were just casual friends. Also, it seems pretty clear that Ron wasn't supposed to have been there that night. Wrong place, wrong time.

There are so many tragedies within his story, too. Obviously the Brown and Goldman families. OJ's kids. LA. His fucking agent! Christ, that guy!

It's fucking epic. It's Greek Tragedy for our age. In one hundred years people won't believe it's true. If the whole thing hadn't been videotaped, people wouldn't believe it now.

Yea, I noticed this too. When I was a teenager, the narrative I understood was "Ron and Nicole were an item." And then in this doc, it looks like he was just bringing her mom's eyeglasses back to Nicole's house (presumably in the envelope...except they weren't in there, right? So what was in that envelope?).

Oh, interesting. I don't remember talk about whether or not anything was in the envelope. I just assumed they were found at the scene.
