This sucks as a fan of Wade and the Heat, but is probably good for us long-term. Hopefully. Who knows.

So was all that talk from Riley about how he was going to take care of Wade on the back end all just bullshit? I'm assuming that's why Wade is throwing a hissy fit and leaving.

Yeah, that's the part that is worrisome. Cuz say what you will but Wade has continually sacrificed to help Riley have max flexibility. If that's the case it's not a good look for a team whose only hope is to appeal to free agents.

A lot of people around here are excited. It makes me so sad knowing that most fans just don't get it and this garbage approach from the front office will just continue unchecked. Nobody in the local media really even questions it. What they are doing is not good for the future of the team. They have no chance at contending. People need to wake up.
