He still might not have the codes. I just wanted to make sure he was looking in the right place.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

I don't think digital members get the codes, at least I don't remember having them when I was a member.

Hmm.
Why do you have a firm stance against vinyl?
The format itself is fine, though CDs are arguably superior. I've owned plenty of records but I sold them all a while ago, I've found the "vinyl resurgence" of the last decade or so really off-putting.

I made a decision a while ago to stick with CD/digital only but then something like this comes along and I have to wonder whether I should relax the rules a little.
What a bunch of snobby foolishness.

It's definitely foolish but I don't know about snobby.

"Snobby Foolishness" is when people who have no idea how vinyl is mastered lecture you about how warm and gooey something sounds when it is nothing more than the CD transferred to an inferior format.

...or paying $45 for something that cost $7.99 when it was originally released and there is a perfect quality digital mastering available for $12.99.

I don't put any limitations on how I consume music. It would be pretty foolish and in certain cases snobby to do so.

I actually look forward to more and more elitists turning their nose up at vinyl ( which obviously is a flawed medium in many ways). Let them go find the next thing they can champion as the cool thing for a while until too many people show up.

Cassettes. That's the next thing that's making a comeback for some goddamn reason.

I'm having difficulty reconciling this response with what I wrote, verb.

I want the vinyl. I just want it to come with a digital download, so I can put it on my ipod.

Luckily, I just figured out that my library has the capability to digitize vinyl albums.

It seemed like a cool package so I ordered it. I have been getting rid of vinyl too, but this seemed different. Anyone on here capable of creating some digital files on this? I unfortunately don't. Thanks

I have the capability of turning a cassette to digital, so whenever that is the cool thing for you hipsters and Pearl Jam releases something on cassette only, I'm your man.
