It's always been pretty obvious by the way Draymond acts he has no self esteem. Pretty sad that he can't handle a little trolling.

I don't know what is more pathetic, Draymond slapping someone for trolling him or said troll filing an assault charge for asking to get hit and getting hit.

I was definitely worried about our Johnson there for a little bit.
There are a lot of Heat fans that are mad that Riley paid Whiteside and Johnson instead of Wade, though.

Are those fans moderators/administrators on any Heat Facebook groups?4/5 wrote:verb_to_trust wrote:Thank God 4/5s Johnson is going to remain in tact.![]()

I mean it does suck that he's gone and he should have finished his career here. He got his feelings hurt over the initial offer and then made demands that were simply too high. I will love him forever, but I think he's going to very quickly regret this decision. It kinda seems like he already does.
He should have grown old in a place that would have still loved him even as his great games became fewer and farther between and his usage rate continued to bewilder statheads. He's not going to have that in Chicago at all. They'll cheer for a couple of weeks and then when he puts up some 3-15 games or misses 3-4 games a month they're going to turn on him. I wish him well and I hope he plays great and stays healthy, but I can easily see this going very poorly for him.
I hope I'm wrong.

Re: NBA Thread
He's going to have a culture shock. The Bulls org is not run like the Heat. It's not professional, its not a winning culture. He's going to feel like he's at a county fair every day for the rest of his career.
And the fans will absolutely turn on him, because right now they are too stupid to realize they aren't getting prime wade and when the same old song and dance plays out wade is going to be one of the fall guys.

I'm hoping Wade can change the culture a little bit actually but I think it's far more likely he opts out and ring chases with one of his banana boat friends in a better situation/environment. I've never seen a group of vets as miserable as the Bulls the last two seasons.

Yeah, I think he'll have buyer's remorse (seller's??) very quickly. That would be the least surprising thing ever if he went to play with his friends next year.verb_to_trust wrote:I'm hoping Wade can change the culture a little bit actually but I think it's far more likely he opts out and ring chases with one of his banana boat friends in a better situation/environment. I heard the plan is for Chicago to trade Wade to the Cavs as soon as they can in December. It was all worked out ahead of time. Shumpert, Frye and picks.

What picks? A couple late first rounders? That doesn't exactly get the Bulls much in return. It is the Bulls front office though...bada wrote:I heard the plan is for Chicago to trade Wade to the Cavs as soon as they can in December. It was all worked out ahead of time. Shumpert, Frye and picks.
