But that might be the best tag line anyone could have chime up with for this movie.

It's gonna be epic. I predict me and lv will eventually just move into a secluded cabin together and spend the rest of our days watching this

Where did you hear 40%?
Know how much of Lord of the rings was reshot?
But it was three movies. This is just one.

So your worry is that Disney found it unsatisfactory and could have released it anyway and made boatloads of money, but they chose instead to address all of the issues and put out the best product possible? If they reshot that much, it shows a commitment to get it right (or at least feel like they did).

I dont see a big difference from this footage to the teaser one. In the middle we got a big reshoot because the brand was not happy with the movie. Best product? My god. Best product possible??

I want a story, a movie, something else than a product. I know this is, perhaps, the biggest franchise in the world, but still, im not sold with this footage shown that there is actually a great movie. Why? Because, like you said, Disney saw the movie and want the best product.

Look, when I said product, I meant movie. You've gone and twisted it, but you did make me laugh with your dramatic, "My god." It's a movie. I want it to be awesome. I'm trying to be optimistic, and I loved TFA, so I think it's okay to be.

I never read the World War Z source material, but didn't they rewrite and reshoot about half of it? Seems like it worked out. What I see here is a commitment by a company. Yeah, maybe they see product, but I think they also see legacy. They allowed Han Solo to die on their watch, so I think they're going to let storytellers tell stories. But it is Star Wars. They're not going to allow it to become Children of Men. It can still be a good movie, though.

World War Z?? worked out? That movie is garbage...yeah, it was a hit, but they didnt even expected that...

Look, im ok with TFA, im sure the people involved with this one want a good thing because of the fuckin fanboys, im sure they want more characters, more toys..more more more...and its ok. Im fine with the teaser and im fine with what i ve seen today. Still, the reshoots cant be good news for those who want a good SW story, a different star wars story.

That 40% rumor was debunked a while ago, VG. They were standard, pre-scheduled reshoots.

Did you guys watch the Rogue one panel? Donny yen or the other Asian guy dropped a MASSIVE spoiler and it suddenly was the most awkward cringefest on stage. He has limited English and just wasn't sure what he was saying I think.

The panel was on YouTube but seems to have been taken down.
