The theater is a big part of the draw for me. I also expect Ed to be there. Maybe other guests - some Mad Season songs?Strat wrote:Perhapos ill see you theredaft twat wrote:I put in for this. I'll let you uninterested fuckers know.

I don't know if I want my name drawn. I've seen half the album performed already. Can't not try, though!
Been in the Bill Graham once. Weezer - Green Album tour. Mom was in town for a visit, so we brought her along. Contact high

My phone has blown up the past two days from friends in multiple states asking if I have a ticket hookup for this.
I'll be going one way or another. Got my Soundgarden presale password via email WAY too late, next up is the PJ lottery.

I was at the Sonic Evolution / Mad Season / TOTD concert at Benaroya Hall last year. It was really weird. A few songs into it, everyone was still sitting down. At one point I stood up ... and right at the same time another guy at the other end of the row stood up - we made eye contact, then turned around and wave our arms to get everyone to stand up. If this ever comes out on DVD, you'll see.CopperTom wrote:I still really want to go.Bammer wrote:I almost don't wanna go nowCopperTom wrote:And scream requests for Pearl Jam songs.Bammer wrote:These fucking concerts are gonna be full of people who only know Hunger Strike
Not sure why I just wrote that. I'm anticipating another strange crowd I guess.
Anyway, a friend of mine had a great idea: Ticket lottery eligibility should be based on lifetime play count of the TOTD album. That would be awesome. I think it should be mandatory to name at least 5 TOTD songs, and if you list your favorite TOTD song as Hunger Strike, you're banned.

Mine is Pushin' Forward Back. Or Four Walled World. That's some groovy fuckin' shit right there. (If only Matt could take THAT groove and inject it into Even Flow...)Bammer wrote: if you list your favorite TOTD song as Hunger Strike, you're banned.
