I didn't get a chance to fully immerse myself in the DNC e-mail leaks, but it doesn't sound like it was the bombshell many were expecting. Am I correct in this?

There is pretty expansive coordination with the media to Hilldog in a positive light, but that's not a revelation in any sense. The have been awaiting her 2016 run since late 2008. The biggest 'wow' is the matching of the campaign donor list to potential federal appointments (ambassadors and such).Monkey_Driven wrote:I didn't get a chance to fully immerse myself in the DNC e-mail leaks, but it doesn't sound like it was the bombshell many were expecting. I'm very much a noob when it comes to legal campaigning, but was anything in these leaks blatantly illegal or just morally iffy?tragabigzanda wrote:I think this is understating their role in actively fighting Bernie's campaign. Maybe more like financially profitable if Sanders sued.Monkey_Driven wrote:I'm very much a noob when it comes to legal campaigning, but was anything in these leaks blatantly illegal or just morally iffy?tragabigzanda wrote:I think this is understating their role in actively fighting Bernie's campaign. Otherwise, most of the emails were fairly tame. It's kinda neat to see how the party works with the media (and manipulates them), though.

This Trump and Putin thing is scary, but in the interest of fairness, is there any evidence of the media colluding with the DNC to help get Hillary elected?

I never thought I'd be lauding Sarah Silverman - but her calling the 'Bernie or Bust' chanters "ridiculous" was spot on
"Bust" in this instance means Trump wins.
It's just making this guy more and more happy the longer they drag this out

Corey Booker speech underwhelming in inspiration; overwhelming on spraying it while saying it
