I mean, I'll still see it and decide for myself. But I'm nowhere near as excited as I deserve to be.

I really don't recommend bothering with the version out now. You're not seeing the real movie.

I was talking to my wife about this last night. And she kinda said the same thing. We were both exasperated by what's happened here. She was all like, "when are studios going to just learn that having that many people involved always makes things worse?"

And it super sucks because she hates sueprhero films but actually really wanted to see this one with me.

It's a tragedy. I seriously wanted to walk out within minutes.

And I'm no expert. But my "Hollywood Insider Friends" are all talking about how totally different editing a trailer is from editing a movie. Like totally different disciplines and philosophies. The fact that WB wanted a FUCKING TRAILER EDITING COMPANY to cut a version of this movie is absurd.

It's The Squad and Batman headbanging to Bohemian Rhapsody in a rainbow colored, tricked out, hatchback.

This is the monologue. And it doesn't really have anything to do with the plot of the movie.

"We almost pulled it off - despite what everybody thought. Worst part of it is they're going to blame us for the whole thing. They can't have people knowing the truth. We're the patsies. The cover up. Don't forget we're the bad guys. And for about two seconds...I actually had hope."

But the line "we're the patsies", with Will Smith being all sad at the bar, was in the first trailer way before the reshoots. Unless they rewrote the monologue around it.
