They were released, unremastered and non-anamorphic, on DVDs that are now OOP.

I got a set of the DVDs. I'll have to check and see if those are on there.

They're on DVDs but not BRs? Lame.

It was a set that came out after the special editions were in the theatres. 97 or 98. Each film has two discs. The special edition on one and the original theatrical cut on the other. The original cuts just look better. Grainy and kinda tangible. It works for a lot of the films. But the cleaned up versions look great too but have the cheap looking bad added stuff. So much of it.

The special editions are available on bluray but the original theatrical cuts aren't.
