That reminds me, I have to go visit with my Mamas and Papas ( ) this weekend. Will be a family weekend, so I'll be in arms with my brother. Lot's of family shit going down though, so it would be in my interests to take the greatest hits from a doobie or twoobie before I go. That way I can be like a rocketman and just fly above it all. Oftentimes around my family it's best to have a simple mind. I don't wanna see red and have to split in the end.

It appears that the $40 isn't an import, but a limited-edition colored repress. It's available at Newbury Comics and other independent stores, tomorrow, apparently! (Apparently Mellow Gold, too)

i got the beatles mono box set for $73 yesterday (+$24 shipping for a total of $97) from there. didn't think to look at other prices. hopefully it ships, current status says supposed to be shipped today, and others have received shipping notices.
