There's going to be $40 European import and a $20 US pressing, so be careful which you order.

Do we know the details on the differences? Don't really care about 180 vs standard. 45 or half speed mastering is intriguing.

No details yet, really.

That reminds me, I have to go visit with my Mamas and Papas ( :( ) this weekend. Will be a family weekend, so I'll be in arms with my brother. Lot's of family shit going down though, so it would be in my interests to take the greatest hits from a doobie or twoobie before I go. That way I can be like a rocketman and just fly above it all. Oftentimes around my family it's best to have a simple mind. I don't wanna see red and have to split in the end.

It appears that the $40 isn't an import, but a limited-edition colored repress. It's available at Newbury Comics and other independent stores, tomorrow, apparently! (Apparently Mellow Gold, too)

Are the black cheaper? And are these going to be readily available? Confusing release so far.

There's definitely going to be a black, lower-priced Odeley, which you can pre-order lots of places, like here: http://www.bullmoose.com/p/23276732/beck-odelay

Not sure about Mellow Gold. It does seem to be a weird rollout, for sure.

Instead of working, I spent an hour trolling Amazon.ca for vinyl. Had a field day with incorrectly priced items.

Robin Trower - Bridge of Sighs $4.23
Jimi Hendrix - Cry of Love $4.05
Yes - Yes Album $4.23
Jimi Hendrix - Miami Pop Festival (2lp) $6.21
Van Halen - Women and Children First $4.74
Anathema - Untouchable (2lp) $5.36
Rolling Stones - Hyde Park Live (3lp+dvd) $8.27
Yes - Progeny Highlights (3lp) $12.75
Soundgarden - Screaming Life/Fopp $3.97

Some is on back order, so who knows if I'll ever get them but worth a shot at the price.
Think I’m going to try being kind to everyone a chance.

i got the beatles mono box set for $73 yesterday (+$24 shipping for a total of $97) from there. didn't think to look at other prices. hopefully it ships, current status says supposed to be shipped today, and others have received shipping notices.

Yeah I got mine last week too. I'm not too thrilled with the tracklist, I got it more for a memento. I love the liner notes.

I mean, I really don't want to listen to more than thirty seconds of Dan fuggin' Deacons.

Hey, there I am kinda (in the JL shirt) during Nots' set (whos new one RULES)
