Same.
His scene in Django was odd though. You immediately recognize him in a very bit part. Not really a cameo and it's kind of jarring in the context of the movie.
He's grown a beard while he's doing press. Between that and his hairstyle he reminded me of a schlubby Bradley Cooper.

I've been meaning to watch Gun Crazy forever, and I finally got around to it last night. Very frustrating movie. The first 10-15 minutes are incredible; beautifully stylized and scored, setting up a lot of potential for insight. Then it falls apart once we flash forward to the protagonist being an adult. John Dall and Peggy Cummins are weak actors with no chemistry; totally miscast. It kills the movie. And it just drags on forever in a very standard "criminal lovers on the lam" way, neglecting everything interesting set up in the opening. Oh well.

It stars Roddy Piper as a man whose job it is to have sex with as many women as possible.

Wow. Beautiful imagery. Incredible tension throughout. Might be movie of the year for me.

Everybody Wants Some!!
Linklater's latest. Good enough summer flick but nothing too exciting. If you like Dazed & Confused you'll like this one, even if a couple of the guys who are supposed to be 20ish look closer to 30.

Watched The Interview. For what I was expecting (based on reactions in the past two years) it was better than that. Of course the fact that I've been reading some pretty heavy books and watching mostly serious movies lately helped too, I think. Just needed a stupid break and I got it.
