Dear Vault Member,

We are entering the final stages of production for Vault package #29!

IMPORTANT: Before we assemble & ship this package, we ask that anyone who has a NEW SHIPPING ADDRESS SINCE APRIL 31st to please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com with your updated address by Thursday, August 4th at 5pm CST. Any address changes sent after this hard deadline will NOT be applied.

If we do not hear from you, your package will be shipped to the address you currently have on file. Packages returned to Third Man due to an incorrect or outdated shipping address will be resent, pending receipt of a $5 (US) / $10 (INTL) reshipment fee.

For this package, we will ship to international members first going in reverse-alphabetical order by last name (Z-A), then to domestic members also going in reverse-alphabetical order by last name (Z-A). A shipping notification AND tracking info will be available for your Vault package, both domestically and internationally.

We will announce via The Vault site when packages begin shipping and when all packages have left Third Man. We kindly and politely request that members wait until after the second announcement has been posted to contact us regarding missing or damaged packages. What are you talking about? I moved after ordering one of the PJ Vault Releases, so I e-mailed the Ten Club to ask to send it to my new address. They said, "Thanks for letting us know; all set!" Then they sent it to my old address. THANK YOU, TEN CLUB, FOR ALL YOU DO!

I will say, just as a means of providing some balance, 10C has never fucked up a shipment to my address (though, I'm sure by posting this I've absolutely guaranteed they will from now on) BUT the one and only time I've ordered through TMR, the record didn't arrive. Either it was delivered to the wrong address (most likely) or stolen.

When I reached out to them about the issue they said, "Sorry, brah. It says delivered." I was like, "I know it says that but it wasn't. Look, I'd be happy to pay shipping again if you could just send me another copy of the record. I can even provide an alternate address (work address)." They said, "Sounds like it's your problem though, soooooo...."

They'll advise you once they start shipping. It won't be until mid-late September that shipping starts. It takes a bout a week for them to get everything out.

I imagine they've printed the shipping labels, and that's why the status has changed; sometimes 10C does the same thing, as do a bunch of other online record shops. It's a pain in the ass.
