I went ahead and guessed that first.
This doesn't mean that I didn't spot that / ignored that, but it does mean that great minds think alike.

that would be great, since that clip sounds fantastic and we know it's a good base song. What part of the song do you think the vocals are from?

We hear about two seconds of vocals, from three different parts of the song (due to the Vine cuts), and no discernible words other than maybe "so". Hard to tell. It could be a completely different song, but I'm just throwing out this guess so I can gloat about being right later. (If I turn out to be wrong, I expect RM to have forgotten about this post by that point)

I saw it scrawled on a bathroom wall that the band arrangement of Sleeping by Myself has something of an Americana twang, so I think you're probably correct.

I heard that Ed's new obsession is the banjo. This will be the transition into the next phase of Vedder-hood. Look for Banjo Songs sometime next Spring.

Give it time, and he'll be into the Tea Chest Bass. This is our future, people:

OK. How's that? http://www.theskyiscrape.com/

Damn thing is 3 seconds off, but there doesn't seem to be anything I can do about that.
