Like onion rings? Sauteed? or caramelized?spike wrote:best cheeseburger topping? my vote, fried onions.
My choice ... pimiento cheese.
Had a burger this weekend with chili, pickles, cole slaw, and jalapeno pimiento cheese.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

Some of the above I would consider once in awhile treats.
But, for a standard topping, I like the pickle.

I love pickles but not with my burger, I take them off and eat them separately just like I do with baconEJ wrote:Some of the above I would consider once in awhile treats.

Grilled onions are de rigur for me. Fried egg is amazing as is pastrami on top (this was called a "mix-up burger" at one of my favorite joints in LA).

In New Zealand we call a cheeseburger with egg a kiwiburger. Shit is delicious.

i use it in a lot of stuff: tacos, chili, lettuce wraps. the texture isn't much different than beef, imo.doug rr wrote:ground turkey freaks me out based on texture alone..im trying to get drunk as wellspike wrote:had a pretty mean grilled turkey burger with a kraft single on top tonight. i was pretty drunk.

definitely hard to work with in patty form, i've had some semi disasters myself. i only use ground beef for burgers. this just happened to be a party, and i'm not one to turn down free grilled meat.doug rr wrote:I find it thinner and waterier if thats a word..harder to work with in patty form..dont be getting healthy on my, friendspike wrote:i use it in a lot of stuff: tacos, chili, lettuce wraps. the texture isn't much different than beef, imo.doug rr wrote:ground turkey freaks me out based on texture alone..im trying to get drunk as wellspike wrote:had a pretty mean grilled turkey burger with a kraft single on top tonight. i was pretty drunk.

an engagement party for my cousin. not fancy, just a backyard bbq. my wife and her new job at the zoo played a role in fooling the bride to be.doug rr wrote:what kind of party? who's? where? fancy?...I'm bored.
