Can someone explain how Hillary "deleted" e-mails? I can still search every e-mail I've ever sent or received in gmail. Even the stuff I've deleted. I couldn't make an e-mail disappear if my life depended on it.

I missed the first couple minutes of this. Did they address why Clinton is referring to him as "Donald" while he is referring to her as "Secretary Clinton"?

No. I think it's a behind the scenes thing. My guess is that it relates to the negotiations about how Lester Holt would introduce them. He called them "The Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton and the Republican nominee Donald Trump." Probably she wanted to be announced as Secretary of State and he didn't have a title so that was the compromise. Total left field guess on my part.
