In my defense, we have extra large rosters, so stashing him on the bench wasn't a huge burden. And you have to think in terms of thinking he was going to come back multiple times and never did. Actually, I did drop him the year he was suspended all season, and picked him back up at the end of the year in preparation for his non-return this year. Yay.

At this point I think we can all agree Josh Gordon can not play football.

Funny story-- someone offered me a trade the day before yesterday that included them getting Gordon from me. I saw the offer at work, and was pondering the move for the next couple of hours, but when I went to give it one last glance my opponent had withdrawn the offer. The next day was when the story broke that he's still not a football player. How funny would that have been? I should have taken the deal...

Why do people think Josh Gordon won't play this year? Alcohol rehab is usually 30 days or less. If the Browns release him, someone will grab him. I'm not dropping him yet.

Some how I am 3-1.
About half the league met at a sport bars Sunday to watch the 1pm games. I broke the news that this is likely my last season. I got some surprised and disappointed looks but it's not as fun anymore to me and follow the NFL as closely as I did a few years ago.

I'm in two leagues. One I care deeply about but a big part of that is our special rules that we have; makes it way more fun than normal fantasy and the winner gets a trophy for the year.

The other league is fine. But I just don't give a shit. I almost dropped out of it this year but I stayed so they could have an even number of teams. I'll bounce eventually. I'm 1-3 in that league.
