For sure. I may not post about it until tomorrow. Depends on how late it is when I start the thing. But should be fun.VinylGuy wrote:im exited for you. Mike And Dave Need Wedding Dates.
Well, that was really fun...Zac Efron is one of the best comedy actors out there.

Me peregrines him for perculiar children is brilliant fun. Intelligent and great production design. Burton definitely got his groove back.

I haven't seen The Exorcist in probably over a decade. I'm 40 minutes into it. It's confounding that this is so enduringly popular, because this is astonishingly poorly made. This movie might be awful.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. End of Watch. One of those movies that had been in my queue for a while & finally watched. I liked it. There's something about Jake Gyllenhal that annoys me but I didn't get that feeling in this one. Didn't quite like the ending though.
Speaking of The Exorcist I think the last third of the movie holds up extremely well.

Great flick, the ending was tough to watch tho. I felt that way about Jake too but the dude makes a good movie, Prisoners, Enemy, Nightcrawler are all goodBiff Pocoroba wrote:End of Watch. Re: What movies are you watching?
Watched Winter's Tale on a trip this weekend. There are a lot of good ideas buried in that pile of horseshit, but I think I'll have to read the book to find them. Hackiva Goldsman living up to his name yet again. And the editing /pacing was atrocious. I can only think that Akiva called in a lot of favors from past movies to get the cast he ended up with.
And even though Will Smith as Lucifer was inspired casting, the acting left a lot to be desired. It wasn't until he got pissed that he actually seemed to be doing something other than "Yo, I'm Will Smith in the basement."
