Saw this trailer on youtube and the comments are full of people talking about "crisis actors" and I didn't get very far but I think these are the crazies who say that these attacks never happened, right? Like the Sandy Hook deniers? What special kind of asshole/stupid do you have to be to believe these things?

I'd love to see Guy Ritchie make an Aladdin movie. I'm not against that in principle. That could be a lot of fun. But that's not what I'm frustrated by.

Whenever there's active promotion on the part of somebody else, whenever I see somebody all dolled up for a fancy photograph and someone's handing out flyers or whenever there's active promotion for something like that, as an imposition on my day, I hate all those people and I want them to fail. I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

The Beauty and the Beast one sure looks to be. And by all accounts the Lion King one will be as well. Those are the two I'm referring to. The Jungle Book doesn't bother me as much, mostly because the original Disney film is decades removed. Also, I have no idea if there's music in the new movie or not. I should have specified, I suppose. But I thought it was clear from context clues. My apologies.

I went to Camp Joey once, and he just made me watch The Phantom Menace against my will.

Real talk: While I've definitely seen TPM multiple times, I'm pretty sure I've only seen the other two prequels once, apart from the odd few minutes while flipping through channels.

I saw TPM four times in the theater and at least twice that I can remember on home video/dvd.

I saw whatever the second one is called twice in the theater and once on TV.

I saw Revenge of the Sith once in theaters. And that's it. And that was its final week of release.

Not trying to sound like a jerk, but I'm surprised at the number of people in this thread who have informed opinions about those movies. I watched them once, saw they were garbage, and tried my best to jettison them from the Star Wars portion of my brain.

I really disliked Ep 1 after I watched it. I did the whole wait in line for tickets and then wait in line for seats thing, friends dressed up and brought light sabers, the whole nine. It was a fun experience but the movie was awful. I saw it a second time in the theater because 1) I'd already bought tickets to a screening two days later because one of my good friends couldn't go to opening night and I promised I'd see it with him when he could go. It was like 10:45 am on Saturday or something and 2) I really wanted to watch it again with all hype and expectations removed to see if it made the film better.

I saw it a third time because one of my acting teachers refused to even see it and I wanted to discuss it with her, so I took her and her young daughter to a screening.

I saw it a fourth time because it was leaving theaters and I wanted to give it one final shot.

As far as Ep 2 goes, I liked it more than Ep 1 the first time around so I decided to see it again toward the end of it's theatrical release. Even then it hadn't aged well. I watched it on TV or whatever because I was at a friend's house and everyone wanted to watch it.

Ep 3 is probably the one I like the most. But obviously not that much because I've only seen it once.

I flat out told you that I didn't like the movie, Alex. Why on earth would you then go and watch it? More over, never once did I force you to watch that piece of shit.
