I'm really not the least bit surprised to hear these things because l know this is who Donald Trump is. He's hinted at it with his Howard Stern appearances over the years, though nothing came close to this garbage.

His die-hards will scream even louder and allow the media to keep the horse race look close, but this is going to be a major blowout on November 8. He's not coming back from this...and he has to face the world in two more debates with this out there. I'll enjoy every minute of watching this human fucking trash squirm his way into obscurity.
I'm trying real hard to be the shepherd.

My aunt shared a meme on FB that said, "I'd rather be called 'fat' by Trump than be abandoned at Benghazi by Hillary!" This may not sway Trump's base, but this bad press will probably hurt him among undecideds...I hope.

And I have no doubt someone close to the Clinton campaign had been sitting on this and sent it to the Post last night. It's no coincidence that this came out the day after Trump said it was his "Apprentice" character who said mean things about women, that he, Donald J. Trump, has "more respect than anyone" for women.

Is this "grab 'em by the pussy" thing being blown out of proportion? It doesn't seem too out of character for Trump's general boorishness.

Or am I just desensitized to his grossness now?

It's bad. A staunch republican friend of my wife's finally broke down and switched to Non-voting after this. Hopefully more women like her will give up the red team allegiance and either sit out or vote Hilldawg.

I think we're definitely desensitized in some sense. When my wife gets home for work, frequently one of us will look at the other and say, "Did you hear?" And the other will nod and we'll just shake our heads. It's just not worth dissecting what the comments "mean" anymore, because, yeah, you're just adding more onto the pile. But I'm not surprised this is getting a bit more press and being labeled a "breaking point" by some, considering what was said.

I grew up in locker rooms. Even as a hormone raging teen we never spoke like that. This is a - at the time - 60 year old man. These are disgusting comments and those of someone who lacks respect for anything and everything. Locker room talk it is not.

Bernie can kiss my ass. After 8 years of Obama, the Federal government has had very little impact on my life, but after 3 years of Republican state government, my income taxes have shot up and i'm paying new taxes on groceries, movies, doctor's appointments, and car repairs, my wife the teacher has had her pay cut, myself the state employee has had no cost of living increase, and my water source has been exempted from local pollution controls. Governors matter a fucking lot. State legislatures matter a lot. I could probably even live with a President Trump if the North Carolina General Assembly would stop kicking me in the balls.

Don't belittle state and local office, Bernie. You know better.
It's not his fault you live in a hellhole.

I feel like this is the very moment South Park has been waiting for the whole election cycle

I think it would be blown off as douche bag trash talk if it wasn't a public figure, but yeah, it's the republican nominee for president, so...

Paul Ryan just backed out of campaigning with Trump tomorrow. We'll see how long that lasts.
