Bloody sock ain't got nothin' on that. If only his last pitch had been a strikeout instead of a walk... damn

Re: MLB
The Indians seem pretty unstoppable right now. Look out, Cubs (Dodgers?)
The only thing that could be troublesome is if Kluber can't go deep into the game tomorrow. The bullpen having to pitch a lot of innings again tomorrow might mess them up for games 4 & 5. Kluber has been solid so far this postseason, so I'm not too worried. Go Indians

Your hockey team is fun to watch right now.... and... you'll always have Joe Carter and John Olerud.

All true. And it's been a great season compared to... like... 26 other teams. But still.Electromatic wrote:philpritchard wrote:I'm sad, guys.

It's not over though. Kluber may not quite be himself on short rest, then it's a rookie in Game 5 and a second look at Tomlin in Game 6. You never know.
Looking at the Jays lineup, it's pretty amazing that so many hitters have gone cold at the same time.

There's still a chance until there isn't, and you didn't have a starting pitcher wounded by a drone.

Absolutely, and I'm always an optimist. The Jays pitching is more than good enough to keep them in any game, and if the offense has figured out Cleveland's pitching a bit now that they've seen everyone... maybe.Electromatic wrote:There's still a chance until there isn't, and you didn't have a starting pitcher wounded by a drone.
