The knowing the jokes ahead of time line wasn't horrible....at least reading it. I didn't see the delivery.

Yeah, that was a fine joke. And there's a bad joke in there about emails. Everything else in the part I quoted was something he could have shouted angrily at one of his rallies.

I'm six minutes into the video of Trump's speech. It's not that bad so far. The "pardon me" joke was kind of funny.

Haha my favorite part was right after his speech.

"Thank you Donald we are honored by your presence."
*one audience member chuckles*

Another good moment was "I don't know who they're angry at, Hillary, you or I". *audience shouts "YOU!"*

Had this been the Donald Trump who ran for president, he'd have won in a landslide.

That is all. For now. Feel free to add your own. And for the love of God, please give Van Jones his own show.

Classic B.

I do find the stories from Bune and McParadigm fascinating as it's part of the US I just never saw. Particularly the viewpoint of people who have moved away and have some distance before seeing what those areas are like today.

My only experience is the coastal cities (and a little bit of Texas and Vegas), but even from that perspective I find myself constantly disagreeing with Australians who try to make generalisations about America and really can't seem to understand that the whole "50 states = 50 different countries" statement has a lot of truth to it.
They're not really THAT different
One word: California. Drive from North to South and you'll see basically three different states in one.

Idaho is the same way, from the North to the Southwest to the East.

True, and you don't even have to drive as far. I'm near Portland and just driving an hour in any direction is a huge difference in people.
