We know Jeddah has huge amounts of kyber crystals in its mantle so that shot of it firing is probably mining for them. On a big scale.

Classic B.

I brought that up pages and pages ago.
Did we get an answer?
No. I call continuity glitch.
My bet is that it's powerful enough to do some damage, but can't destroy an entire planet...yet.
Probably. But it still doesn't mesh exactly right with the original movie. And the surprise from the Rebellion that this thing can actually fire.
Let me tell you, Homer Simpson is cock of nothing!

I don't know if it will top Empire, but it may very well be the 2nd best. The previews look better to me than any of the prequel episodes or TFA.

I heard that said a lot on different podcasts but just checked and there's no mention of it in the the databank. The kyber deposits are meant to be why the Empire invaded though I believe

Traitor!!!

I do still wonder who the 9 people are that voted force awakens best of all the films in the poll in that thread. Even I didn't do that.

We already have an LV. We're not ready for a parody account. No matter how well it's executed.

No parody. I think this will be every bit the movie TFA wasn't. And I actually like TFA.
