I honestly dont remember. I think the CP on the Karp was 151, but I caught some karp after and powered up the Gyrados afterwards so he is at 1869. Im guessing about 1750?

What is the IV? unless im just missing it i dont see it, just CP and HP
IVs are determined using an IV calculator like pokeassistant and the appraisal feature. it basically determines how strong a pokemon can be as opposed to its CP

We got roped back into this. But Im okay with it because i guess they made pokemon more abundant, so you actually can find them!

That first happened with the Halloween event that spawned ghost Pokémon, meowth, cubone and gave double candy. Earlier in the month they increased cluster spawns and item drops for a week. Now there double XP and stardust for Thanksgiving along with the ditto spawns.

And yes doc, I caught 400 Pokémon yesterday until I saw a 69cp rattata that ended up being a ditto. It was near a gym I stopped to hit on the way home. My pokedex is at 143/143seen
