I'd argue that they are both keepers. But GM is the better of the two. But both are excellent songs.

I would love to hear Laura cover Northern Lad by Tori Amos. Her voice is perfect for it. And she would give the song so much heft and soul. It's already beautiful, but Laura, I think, could actually elevate it into something shattering.
