Its seems in the same vein as the previous one, so yeah! Cool to see their are not following the other Marvel movies in a lot of ways.

Really? I didn't notice. Looked the same to me.
The blacks look black and not washed-out grey like all Marvel movies

An actual technical film question I can show you the answer to!!

Good video. Makes perfect sense. My first instinct was that it had just been Lumetri'd up, but coupled with the new RED it's an encouraging sign that Marvel is taking steps to making their cinematic universe look less drab.

I feel like this video could have made by LV.

I did! I second that it was a good video. I'm glad other people recognize this problem.

My wife hates me because I keep tinkering with my new TV because I am obsessed with getting perfect black levels.

I'm the same way. Just found the perfect calibration 6 months after buying my new set. Good luck!

Yeah, dynamic/vivid/retail is a nightmare. And make sure motionflow is turned off.

Does it have HDR? It took me a while to get used to the ideal HDR settings (100% backlight, 100% contrast), but now I love it.

Oh yeah, I've been known to turn off motion flow on other people's TVs when they weren't watching.

My TV supports both formats of HDR. Haven't messed around much with the calibration for it however other than with some PS4 games.

MotionFlow. Or Clear Motion. Different companies call it different things.
